DJ Maphorisa puts a smile on the face of a 15-year-old, aspiring DJ who has bone cancer.
The teenager whose name is Tebogo from Limpopo.
The aspiring DJ is battling bone cancer, but Maphorisa made his dream come true by surprising him with DJing equipment.
“Tebogo, a brave 15-year-old from Limpopo battling bone cancer, had one dream – to get DJ equipment so that he could make music just like his hero, DJ Maphorisa. Little did he know, his dream was about to come true,” reads the caption to the post.
A video revealing how the DJ surprised Tebogo was shared by an NGO, Reach For a Dream.
“During lunch at a Sandton hotel, DJ Maphorisa walked into the room and presented Tebogo with his dream DJ equipment. Tebogo was so surprised and starstruck that he couldn’t even speak! But that wasn’t all.”
“The legendary Amapiano artist also gave Tebogo some advice on how to make it in the music industry and posed for a mini photoshoot with him. Tebogo and his family will never forget this amazing day.”
