Leonard Cure Dashcam Bodycam Shooting Video.. The Camden County Sheriff’s Office has released video from the deputy-involved shooting where a man was killed on Monday on Interstate 95 during a traffic stop.
The man killed, 53-year-old Leonard Cure, was exonerated in 2020 after spending 16 years in a Florida prison for a wrongful conviction.
According to the GBI, Cure at first cooperated with the deputy but then assaulted Deputy Buck Aldridge when he learned he was about to be arrested.
Aldridge first tased Cure then shot and killed him.
Cure’s family said the video is horrific and they would not comment any further right now. Three videos posted on YouTube by CCSO show Cure being pulled over and when he was shot by the Aldridge.
The incident happened just before 7:30 a.m. Monday…..
